The Pearson Edexcel Level 1/Level 2 GCSE (9–1) in Music consists of one externally examined paper and two non-examined assessments (NEA).
Students must submit their non-examined assessments and complete the exam in May/June in any single year.
The GCSE Music is a two-year program. During the two years of studies, students will have access to live online classes as well as they will have academic mentor support and, one to one subject support.
International GCSE qualifications enable successful progression onto International A level and beyond.
Students whose English is not their first language, are required to either sit an internal English assessment or provide an English certificate at a min level B2 in all components.
FAQs
Having some practical experience is helpful, but you don’t need to be advanced. Our teachers will guide you through the performance and composition elements step by step.
You will complete coursework in performance and composition, as well as sit a listening and appraising exam. We will support you in preparing thoroughly for each part.
We prepare students for the Edexcel GCSE Music syllabus. When the time comes, you will sit your exam at a nearby centre.

Students are required to undertake 6 hours of self-study per subject. In addition, students will also be required to attend 50 min of live lessons per subjects
