International GCSE History โ€“ British Curriculum Online With UK Teachers

The IGCSE History is designed to stimulate interest in, and enthusiasm for, a life-long study of the past. We focus on the 20th Century, the so-called โ€˜Peopleโ€™s Centuryโ€™, which brought dramatic advances in wealth, education and liberalisation in many countries. The IGCSE history subject has a strong international and contemporary flavour, which allows pupils to gain a detailed and thorough understanding of some of the most important events in the Twentieth Century. 100% external assessment, covered by two examinations.The Pearson Edexcel International GCSE in History is a linear qualification. All papers must be taken at the end of the course of study. The IGCSE History is a two-year program. During the two years of studies, students will have access to live online classes as well as they will have academic mentor support and, one to one subject support. International GCSE qualifications enable successful progression onto International A level and beyond. Students whose English is not their first language, are required to either sit an internal English assessment or provide an English certificate at a min level B2 in all components.
