Who we are

Structured British schooling, run from Oxford

We are a fully online British school based in Oxford. Students follow a timetabled day of live lessons with qualified teachers and progress through the British curriculum towards recognised qualifications. An increasing number of families in Poland turn to us for a clear, structured route through British education.

Why choose us

What families in Poland value most

Live, teacher-led lessons

Every lesson runs live with a specialist teacher. Students take part, ask questions and receive feedback in the moment, rather than working alone through recorded content.

Small classes

Classes stay small by design, so teachers know each student, notice where extra support is needed, and adjust their teaching accordingly.

Progress parents can see

Parents follow reports, attendance and teacher feedback through the school platform, with a clear, ongoing view of how their child is progressing.

Qualifications universities accept

Students work towards Pearson Edexcel International GCSE and International A Level qualifications, recognised by universities in the UK and worldwide.

How learning works

A timetable that mirrors a traditional school

Students join scheduled live lessons through the UK school week, each taught by a subject specialist. The timetable keeps them in a steady routine and moving forward alongside their classmates, with questions and discussion built into every session. From Year 10, recordings let older students revisit material when revising for exams.

UK lesson times, seen from Poland

Because lessons follow UK hours, the school day typically runs from mid-morning into the afternoon for students in Poland. Admissions

How home education works in Poland

Home education, known as edukacja domowa, is legal in Poland but works through a registered supervising school. Families apply to a Polish school for permission, the child remains formally enrolled there, and sits annual exams to progress each year. Oxford Online School can provide the day-to-day teaching and progress records that support this arrangement, while the supervising school handles the formal side. We recommend confirming the current requirements before enrolling, and our admissions team can help you understand how the pieces fit together.
