Who we are

Real school structure, delivered entirely online

We are a fully online British school based in Oxford. Our students follow a timetabled day of live lessons with qualified teachers, progressing through the British curriculum from primary level right through to A Levels. Many of our families are based in Kuwait and the wider Gulf region, and our lessons are designed to work across time zones without disrupting the school day structure.

Why choose us

What sets our online school apart

Live, teacher-led lessons

Lessons are taught in real time by specialist teachers. Students can ask questions, contribute to discussions and get direct feedback during every session.

Small classes

Small class sizes mean teachers know each student individually. Every child gets proper attention and the chance to speak up in lessons.

Progress parents can see

Parents receive reports, feedback and attendance updates through the school platform. You stay informed about your child's progress throughout the year.

Recognised qualifications

Students work towards International GCSE and International A Level qualifications through Pearson Edexcel - widely recognised by universities in the UK and internationally.

Live lessons with a structured timetable
How learning works

Live lessons with a structured timetable

Students join scheduled live lessons during the UK school week, taught by subject specialists. The timetable mirrors a traditional school day, giving students a consistent routine and the chance to progress alongside their classmates. Students take part in lessons directly, asking questions and receiving guidance from their teachers. From Year 10 onwards, lesson recordings are also available to support revision.

Lesson times and the Kuwait school day

Oxford Online School operates on UK time. Kuwait is three hours ahead (GMT+3), so lessons typically run from late morning into the early evening local time. This schedule works well for many families in the Gulf region. A full time zone guide is available so you can see exactly how the timetable maps to Kuwait Standard Time.
