A British school with one timetable across three countries
We are a fully online British school based in Oxford. Students join a timetabled week of live lessons with qualified teachers and progress through the British curriculum from primary level through to A Levels. Families across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania use us to give their children one consistent education, regardless of which Baltic country they are currently based in.
What Baltic families tell us matters most

A timetabled week, run entirely online
Students join scheduled live lessons across the UK school week, each led by a subject specialist. The timetable gives them the same routine and pace as a traditional classroom, with the chance to take part, ask questions and get direct guidance in every lesson. From Year 10, lesson recordings are available so older students can revisit material while revising.
Fitting UK school hours around Baltic time
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania all sit in the Eastern European time zone, two hours ahead of the UK in winter and three hours ahead in summer. Because Oxford Online School runs on UK hours, the school day falls in the early afternoon to evening window for most Baltic families. Download the time zone guide to see exactly how the weekly timetable maps to your local time.

Built for families who move between Baltic countries, or stay in one
Oxford Online School suits British and international families across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania who want a British academic pathway for their children, families preparing for GCSEs, A Levels or UK university entry, and families who relocate within the region and want their child's education to carry on without a break. If any of this sounds like your situation, our admissions team can help you work out whether it is the right fit.
Every year group, from Year 4 to Year 13
Oxford Online School teaches full time from Year 4 through to Year 13. Whichever stage your child has reached, from primary foundations to A Level study, there is a structured programme led by subject specialists.
What to check before enrolling from the Baltic states
Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania each treat education as compulsory and each permits home-based learning under its own rules, usually with registration through a local school and periodic assessment. Estonia currently limits parental-choice home education to younger children, and Lithuania updated its home education rules in 2020, so requirements can differ depending on where you are based and your child's age. We recommend checking the current position with your local authority before relying on Oxford Online School as your child's main education, and our admissions team is happy to talk through your circumstances.
