Course Description

Course Duration

International A-level in mathematics is a two-year program. During the two years of studies, students will have access to live online classes as well as they will have academic mentor support and, one to one subject support.

Course Outcome

Upon completion of the international A-level in mathematics, students will achieve an Edexcel qualification ( providing that all exams have been completed and passed). The final certificate will allow students to apply to their chosen university. Students completing International A-Levels in Mathematics frequently progress into degree courses in mathematics, economics, engineering, computer science, etc. Given that students develop a high level of numeracy skills and reasoning skills, many pupils like to choose career paths such as banking, technology, engineering, etc.

Entry requirements

  • Students are required to sit an internal math assessment. This will help tutors to have knowledge of the student’s abilities in the subject.
  • Hold GCSE Maths or equivalent.
  • Students whose English is not their first language, are required to either sit an internal English assessment or provide an English certificate at a min level B2 in all components.

How many hours a week are students expected to study?

Students are required to undertake 5 hours of self-study per subject. In addition, students will also be required to attend 2 hours of live lessons per subjects
